We're having a city-wide Lemonade Day on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

Have a young entrepreneur who is interested? What is Lemonade Day Vacaville? Lemonade Day introduces youth (K-8th grade) to entrepreneurship through the real-world experience of starting their own business. Youth are given the opportunity to set a goal, make a plan, work the plan, and achieve success. By running their stand, youth learn the importance of earning, saving, spending, and sharing money wisely.

Grown-ups are invited to register their children/grandchildren to participate. There is no cost to sign-up. After signing up, children will receive free educational materials including a physical and/or digital workbook for youth and mentors to begin their lesson plans.

The lesson plans include: Setting a Goal – Spending Goals, Saving Goals, Sharing Goals, Learning Goals, Finding a Business Partner, Site Selection and Advertising, Planning & Budgeting, Finding an Investor, Running the Business, Business Results & Accounting, Reflections & Future Plans.

After Lemonade Day 2023, we will choose an Entrepreneur of the Year, the Best Tasting Lemonade, and the Best Stand (decoration). Sign up today!
