26th Annual Vacaville Jazz, Wine and Food Festival 2026

Event Overview - Dates: September 18, 19, and 20, 2026

Schedule of Events

- Friday, September 18 (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) @ Makse Restaurant & Speakeasy

- Free live performances during dinner hours featuring Brooke Fox's Anthologie Duo, Brette Alana and Jimmy Malone, Live Music Center's Student Jazz Combos, the Steve Krohn Band featuring Brette Alana, and the VJS Jazz Jam.

- Saturday, September 19 @ Vacaville Performing Arts Theater & Ulatis Library: Free Event : Special Guest Speaker Vice Mayor City of Vacaville, Michael Silva to open the festival with main sponsor NorthBay Health and Star Rentals of Vacaville.

- 10:00 AM: Free Jazz Workshop Clinics for student musicians (guitar, bass, piano, drums, saxophone, trumpet, trombone) led by Sacramento State University Jazz Faculty, includes a free live performance by the Sac State faculty band.

- Afternoon: Free lunch for participating music students, followed by performances from the Vacaville High, Will C. Wood High, Vanden High, and Dixon High School Jazz Bands.

- Conclusion: A performance by the VJS All-Star Jazz Band, featuring students from all local high schools. Parents and families are welcome to attend.

- Saturday, September 19 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) @ Nut Tree Plaza Free Event:

- Live music and arts & crafts vendors throughout the day. Featured groups include the Vallejo Community Big Band, Midtown Harmony, J Harrison B Band, Delbert Bump, 2nd Planet, Quiet Nacho, Ted Fontaine Duo, and the Darlyn Phillips Duo.

- Sunday, September 20 @ Vacaville Performing Arts Theater : All Day Pass

- Special Benefit Concert: Vacaville Jazz, Wine, and Food Festival. The event features a Sabrina The Songstress's Natalie Cole Tribute Show, Alina Adams Music Studio, and the Alive Music Orchestra Show featuring Frank Salamone and the Singers of Harmony Swing & Sophistication Show. Food and wine are all included all day with ticket purchase of only $32.
