shepherds pie, Spring salad, soda bread & seasonal fruit crumble!

Thur 3/19 - Cooking Class: Knife Skills + Stir-Fry (Benicia)
Join Chef Stephanie Jordan for fundamental skills in slicing/dicing,
sharpening and more while creating a local seasonal stir-fry for dinner!
6 - 8 pm @ St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. $20.
Thur 4/23 - Cooking Class: Seasonal Spring Feast (Vallejo)
Spring is in the air! Join this hands-on class to create a snap pea salad,
chicken with easy lemon parsley sauce, roasted asparagus & dessert!

Fri 5/15 - Cooking Class: Spanish Tapas Party (Fairfield)

featuring wood-fired pizzas topped with Solano-grown ingredients, local
beer & wine, a silent auction & more!
