Lagoon Valley Celebrates Fall Fest with Community Park Grand Opening:

You’re invited to Lagoon Valley’s Fall Fest 2026. A community celebration featuring the official opening of Lagoon Valley’s new Community Park, tours of model homes, family-friendly activities, food, live music and opportunities to learn more about the future of the Bay Area’s First Conservation Community.

The festivities will kick off with a ribbon cutting for the new Community Park from 11 a.m. to noon, featuring remarks from Mayor John Carli, Council member Sarah Chapman, Council member Roy Stockton and City Manager Savita Chaudhary.

Throughout the day, guests can:

● Tour Lagoon Valley’s seven beautifully decorated model homes

● Learn about 3 new neighborhoods coming soon by K. Hovnanian, DR Horton, and KB Home

● Enjoy tacos and snow cones

● Participate in kid-friendly activities

● Enjoy live entertainment featuring Spanish guitar

● Take a 2pm guided golf cart tour through the community with Curt Johansen, Development Director
