The City of Vacaville Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting the fifth annual Neighborhood Santa, a FREE parade that passes by 15 neighborhood parks. The event is scheduled for Monday, December 15, Wednesday, December 17 and Friday, December 19, 6:00 to 8:15 PM.
