Open Farm Day Volunteer needed!

OPEN FARM DAY 2026
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 197*, 2026

Pleasants Valley Open Farm Day is a free, community wide celebration of local
agriculture, where farms a n d ranches along Pleasants Valley open their gates and invite
the public to experience firsthand where our food comes from and meet the people who
work t h e land.
Here are some of the things that we need volunteers for:
Day of Event
1. We need at least three Drivers who can cruise Pleasants Valley to keep
eyes on traffic issues, and to help pick up signs once event is over.
2. Farm Ambassadors: Ambassadors will help the participating farm with
parking assistance, Ada assistant and giving directions or help with visitor
special needs.
3. Directors of Parking for each farm.
4. Setup
5. Take d o w n & c l e a n up.
Vo l u n t e e r s a r e n e e d e d for a m i n i m u m of a 2 h o u r shift. A m b a s s a d o r s will n e e d
to be available from 7:30am until 7pm. Volunteers will recieve a T-shirt that
they will wear on the day of the event.
