Pena Passage at Lagoon Valley – Trail Race Presented by Altra
We’re thrilled to introduce our inaugural Peña Passage Lagoon Valley Trail Race at beautiful Lagoon Valley Park! This event welcomes runners and hikers of all levels to experience the park’s rolling hills, scenic lagoon views, winding single-track trails, and fire roads.

Race Distances

• 5K – A fun and approachable course with gentle terrain and a taste of single-track, perfect for beginners, families, and first-time trail runners
• 10K – A step up with more elevation and rugged sections, rewarding participants with sweeping grassland views and shaded oak groves
• 30K – A true challenge for seasoned trail runners, featuring technical trails, climbs, descents - every challenge of the 10k route but times three!
Kids Fun RunA short, playful trail run focused on confidence and big finish-line energy. Every kid leaves feeling like a champion!
All courses will be clearly marked and supported with aid stations to keep participants fueled and motivated.
Registration opens January 30 All participants receive a long-sleeve technical race shirt with sun protection and moisture-wicking fabric. Register by May 15, 2026 to be guaranteed your shirt and size.
