A movement.

Founded by Devan Minouei, Scoop Dreams started as a soft-serve truck in Vacaville, CA and grew into a community-driven brand serving Solano and Yolo Counties. It was built on a lifelong belief that dreams are meant to be shared, built together, and poured back into the community that raised you.

Today the truck operates weekly across multiple cities, but its impact goes further. Youth sports sponsorships, community events, and the First Annual Scoop Dreams 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament are all part of the mission.
