Taste of Vacaville
January 25 - February 1, 2027
Our favorite week of the year is here. That’s right—a week-long celebration of incredible food, unbeatable deals, and the local flavors you love.
Taste of Vacaville is the city’s premier annual culinary celebration, showcasing the rich and vibrant food scene that makes Vacaville a destination for food lovers.
Over the course of a flavor-packed week, local residents and visitors alike are invited to embark on a gastronomic tour across town, discovering everything from cozy neighborhood bistros and family-owned Mexican cantinas to bold international kitchens and craft cocktail lounges. Designed to highlight the creativity of local chefs and restaurateurs, the event offers a curated selection of exclusive multi-course menus, special discounts, and limited-time dishes that highlight the best of Solano County hospitality.
Beyond everyday restaurant specials, Taste of Vacaville brings the community together through a dynamic lineup of daily signature events. Guests can kick off the festivities with celebratory sparkling wine toasts, attend chef-curated Thai-fusion dinners paired with nearby Suisun Valley wines, or cheer on local mixologists during head-to-head bartender competitions. The weeklong celebration offers something for every age and preference, featuring family-friendly "Kids Eat Free" promotions, community yoga sessions paired with taco trucks, and the iconic town-wide Martini Trail. More than just a feast for the senses, Taste of Vacaville celebrates the independent small businesses, chefs, and hospitality workers that give the city its unique character. Select events throughout the week also feature charitable "Dine & Donate" initiatives, allowing diners to give back to local first responders and community organizations while enjoying great food.
Whether you are a longtime resident eager to revisit favorite local spots or a first-time visitor looking to discover new culinary gems, Taste of Vacaville delivers an unforgettable week of flavor, fun, and community spirit.
