It all started in Dixon, California, where Chef Matt Andrews grew up learning that the best memories are made around the dinner table. Inspired by his grandmother's cooking, Matt pursued his passion, graduating from the California Culinary Academy and training under renowned chefs Wolfgang Puck and Kerry Simon.
With Food + Familia, launched in 2025, Matt brings those world-class techniques back to his roots. Expect a delicious blend of nostalgic comfort food and vibrant California breakfast and lunch classics, crafted with love for our Solano community.
