The annual Vacaville Veterans Day ceremony will be held at Andrews Park on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The 2026 theme is “Honoring All Who Served.” The ceremony is conducted each year, rain or shine, and runs approximately one hour to one hour and thirty minutes.
This ceremony is presented by Mike Little, Shawn McMahon, Ed Rapisarda, and the Veterans Organizations of Vacaville. This is not a City of Vacaville sponsored event.
This year’s guest speaker is Ryan La Bar, a Vacaville native, United States Army veteran, and Veterans Service Representative for the County of Contra Costa.
Sergeant La Bar enlisted in the United States Army in 2000 as an infantryman and served in Kosovo, twice in Iraq, earning the Combat Infantryman Badge, and later in Korea before retiring in 2010. Since leaving active duty he has continued that service in civilian life, first with Solano County and, since January 2024, with the Contra Costa County Veterans Service Office.

Coffee and donuts will be provided by Realty ONE Group Fox.
Veterans, families, and members of the community are invited to attend. The ceremony is free and open to the public. Guests may bring a chair. Please arrive early if you wish to be seated before the program begins.
