Morningsun Herb Farm
Located in Vacaville's beautiful and unspoiled Pleasants Valley, Morningsun Herb Farm carries a full line of culinary, medicinal and landscaping herbs and drought-tolerant perennials, as well as heirloom vegetables and fruit trees. You can also find garden art, organic soils, and fertilizers, and a variety of classes on the farm, from soap-making to container planting, and wreath-making. The experts at Morningsun are always happy to share a wealth of knowledge on all things garden related, from natural pest control to tea-making, herb drying, and finding the perfect native plant to round out your garden.
Visitors to the farm can bring a picnic lunch, al fresco painting supplies, or just come and enjoy the bucolic scenery. Morningsun is also home to three miniature donkeys, Angelina, Zaatar, and Leroy, who love getting attention from new friends.
Mark your calendars for Morningsun's annual Tomato Day, where you can spend a day on the farm with friends, taste hundreds of varieties of tomatoes, and vote on your favorites!
Morningsun Herb Farm is open Tuesday-Sunday, 9am - 5pm.
